Accuracy of information
The material on this website comes from the programme’s own work and from public sources, and it is checked before it is published. It is offered in good faith and for information. It is not offered as complete: a page describes the position at the time it was written, and what this programme reports on — legislation, funding, and the conditions civil society and independent media work in — changes faster than any website is rewritten.
Where a page rests on a document, it names that document and links to it, so the source can be read instead of the summary. Where a figure on this site is produced by the site — a count, a total, a chart — it is generated from the entries behind it rather than typed, and it is exactly as current as those entries are.
If something here is wrong or out of date, write to info@hajde4eu.org. That is a defect and we would rather be told than leave it standing.
Links to other websites
This site links to websites run by other organisations. We choose what to link to and check a link when we add it; we do not control what those sites publish afterwards, and a link is not an endorsement of everything behind it. Once you follow one, that site’s own terms and its own privacy notice apply, not ours.
We are not responsible for the content of those sites, for what they do with data you give them, or for a link that has stopped resolving. Tell us about a broken or redirected link at info@hajde4eu.org and it will be fixed or removed.
Legal texts reproduced on this site
This site quotes, summarises and links to legal and policy texts: European Union legislation, calls for proposals and their guidelines, the Commission’s own documents, and national law. None of those reproductions is authentic. They are published here for information, and only the official published version of a text has legal effect.
For European Union law, the authentic version is the one published in the Official Journal of the European Union and available from EUR-Lex (opens in a new tab). For a call for proposals, what binds an applicant is the call document and the guidelines issued with it by the contracting authority. For national law, it is the text published in the official gazette of the IPA beneficiary concerned. Where a text on this site and the official version differ, the official version governs.
Translations published here are working translations unless a page says otherwise, and they do not replace an official language version.
Technical availability
This website is not guaranteed to be available without interruption. It depends on infrastructure and services that are not all ours, and any site can be interrupted by a failure, an attack, or a network problem between you and it.
The site is maintained and updated, and it is occasionally taken down for planned work. That work is scheduled to be as short, and as far outside working hours across the region, as it can be.
If part of this site is not working — a page that does not load, a document that does not download, a search that returns an error — write to info@hajde4eu.org and say what you were trying to reach. If something is hard or impossible to use rather than broken, the accessibility statement says what to include and what happens next.
We fix what is ours to fix. No liability is accepted for loss arising from this site, or a part of it, being unavailable; the terms of use set out the limits of responsibility in full.
