Consultative workshops on the draft analysis of the legal framework for the registration and operation of civil society organisations at state and entity level and in Brčko District. Participants discuss how the existing rules work in practice, and their comments inform proposals to the competent institutions. The draft is sent to registered participants in advance, and travel costs are reimbursed for those from outside the host city.
