Albania's register of associations, foundations and centres is now publicly accessible through an online portal maintained on the website of the Tirana Judicial District Court.
The portal was announced by the National Resource Centre for Civil Society on 27 July 2026. It provides searches of registered organisations, historical extracts, sectoral statistics and links to selected e-Albania services. The register is maintained by the court under the 2021 Law on the Registration of Non-Profit Organisations. Technical work on the portal continues, and certain data and functions may not yet be fully operational.
Public access to registration data addresses a long-standing transparency gap in the sector and completes the transfer of registration to an online system.
