These terms apply to the hajde4eu.org website and to everything published on it. Using the site means accepting them. They sit beside two pages they do not replace: the privacy policy, which governs personal data, and the Disclaimer, which states what European Union funding of this programme does and does not mean.
Acceptable use
This site is published to be used: read it, search it, quote it, link to it and pass it on. What is asked in return is short.
- Do not try to reach a part of this site you have not been given access to, and do not probe, scan or test its security.
- Do not place a load on it that a reader would not. Automated collection that degrades the site for other people is not use of it.
- Do not remove, alter or obscure a credit, a source reference or a licence note when you reuse something from here.
- Do not present material taken from this site in a way that suggests the European Union, the Hajde4EU project team or any organisation named here endorses you, your organisation or your position.
- Do not use this site to distribute unlawful material, or anything that would put a person named or pictured here at risk.
Reuse of the material published here
Awaiting confirmation from the Project. The copyright and licence terms for the material on this website are still being confirmed with the Project, and this paragraph is deliberately left open until they arrive. In the meantime, unless a page says otherwise, the text published here may be reused with attribution to the Hajde4EU programme; photographs and other images are not covered by that permission and carry their own credit; and the European Union emblem may not be reused from this site.
Links to other websites
This site links outwards — to the European Union’s own regional platforms, to the EU Delegations and the European Union Office in Kosovo*, to the National Resource Centres, and to the organisations whose work is reported here. We choose what to link to; we do not control what those sites publish afterwards, and a link is not an endorsement of everything behind it. Once you follow one, that site’s own terms and its own privacy notice apply, not ours.
A link can break, or come to point at something other than what was chosen. If you find one that has, write to info@hajde4eu.org and it will be fixed or removed.
Linking to this site needs no permission and is welcome. Please link to a page rather than frame it inside another site, and do not present what you link to as your own material.
Limits of responsibility
This website is published for information. What is on it is prepared with care and corrected when it is found to be wrong, but it is not advice and it creates no entitlement. Nothing published here is legal advice, and nothing here creates a right to European Union funding: what binds an application to a call is the call document and the guidelines issued with it.
We are not responsible for the content of the external sites this one links to, or for what happens on them. Where this site reproduces a legal text, the legal notice says which version is the authentic one, and what may be expected of this site’s availability.
So far as the applicable law allows, the Hajde4EU project team accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from the use of this website, from reliance on anything published here, or from the site being interrupted or unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the applicable law does not permit to be limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms will change — most immediately when the reuse paragraph above is completed. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and a change to what an account holder undertakes is notified to account holders rather than left to be noticed.
